I am extremely happy with my order that arrived today 3 days after making the order.all the clothes are a perfect fit I'm a 4 to 6 and ordered size 6 in all of my jumpsuits and dresses.the quality of the clothing is really fantastic considering the price.i was dubious when I ordered but now will be ordering a lot more clothes

Never received my order
Never received my order. Received an email saying my order had been dispatched, and then a refund notification. They hadn't updated their website so the item I ordered was actually out of stock disappointingly.
Also goes to show that they don't send dispatch emails when your order actually has been dispatched, seems very dishonest.

I didn't get the correct items that I ordered. A pair of polyester brown cargo pants was sent to me and I ordered a silver dress and a red dress. I will send back the pants and I want my money refunded to my account immediately.

I ordered the wrong size and emailed PF straight away to cancel the order. I received a prompt response and was fully reimbursed the following day. The service I received was of an excellent standard. I would not hesitate to purchase from PF again.

I gave 1 star as I paid for next day delivery, I never received it, I was given a refund for the delivery an was told it would be delivered by the weekend. I never received it the weekend, when I checked the tracking information yesterday I seen it was heading back to the supplier, so I never received the item at all.
